  Hello, I am Richard Phillips, author of the top ten bestselling technothriller series on the Amazon Kindle, The Rho Agenda. A West Point Class of 79 grad with a masters in nuclear physics, I spent several years performing research at Lawrence Livermore and Los Alamos National Laboratories for the U.S. military before launching my writing career. My wife, Carol, and I now live in Phoenix, AZ.
